Live, Love, Discover launches one of the first AR apps in the iOS App Store

Up and coming business creates and releases game app “FindIt! AR”

 

(Lincoln, Neb.) Sept. 26, 2017- Startup company Live, Love, Discover has released a fully functional augmented reality game app named “FindIt! AR.” The app will be one of the first AR apps in the Apple iOS App Store. The app will be free to download and requires iOS 11.

 

    “FindIt! AR” is a game app that allows the user to merge technology with active interaction.  Augmented reality is not as well known as virtual reality which has already been adopted in the consumer marketplace. Augmented reality takes VR to the next level of engagement. Instead of the user being completely immersed in a digital environment, augmented reality takes the individual 3-D elements from the scene, and places them over the user’s current view, giving the illusion that the elements are in the same room as the user. “FindIt! AR” uses this technology to digitally place objects around the user that must be sought out  to continue playing or time will run out and the game will end.

 

     “Augmented reality is the future. It gives you the opportunity of throwing your imagination into reality.” said Live, Love, Discover Founder and CEO Jared Brosius. “Not only is this a chance to expand the realm of possibilities to our consumers, it’s a test of LLD’s potential and just the beginning of what we plan to do with this technology. Augmented reality is important to LLD because it is a true example of merging technology and a person’s surroundings in nature. This app was designed to appeal to both children and adults. We really wanted to give everyone the opportunity to have fun with augmented reality.” 

 

     The app is currently iOS only but will soon be released to Android. This is the company’s first step into the market place. Previously, the company had worked on design projects for companies in Nebraska.
